Paper Mosaic Saint

This is my newest creation....a paper mosaic Angel/Saint painting. I had so much fun doing this one, it is truly a labor of love with all the hours put into the paper work. This one features actual pages from an 1880's Bible I purchased at an antiques store. This painting is currently listed on Ebay, and I'm working on more in the same style. You can see all my current paintings for sale by clicking**HERE**.

Your "Saint" is amazing and love the antique look of it and the addition of the bible page is lovely and inspiring.

Oh LoriAnn! This is really beautiful! It reminds me of the Vatican Splendors exhibit I recently saw here in St. Louis. There were lots of mosaics from the Vatican. Yours is gorgeous!

Thank you so much Emme,Cris, and Tammie! I'm really trying to focus on my Angel and Saint paintings.

-Cris, I wish I could have seen the Vatican Splendors exhibit. Where was it? It's been about 8 years since I've been to the St. Louis Museum of Art, I would love to go back! We go through St. Louis frequently to visit my sister in Illinois. We had to drive through St. Louis on our way back from my sisters a couple of months ago, we had to go by the arch on Kingshighway for my daughter-she's a big Doors fan. If anyone reading this is a fan of the Doors, you know why :)
Take care!
